The Texas Board of Criminal Justice (TBCJ) is proud to announce that for the fourth year in a row, #TDCJ correctional staff will receive a 10 percent pay raise, effective September 1. This raises their total pay by over 40% since 2022! In conjunction with the Texas State Auditor's Office, correctional staff titles will undergo some modifications.
