Police bodycam captures driver crashing into car before fleeing the scene

Police body camera footage shows the arrest of a teen driver who fled the scene after crashing into another motorist in Tampa, Florida, authorities said. The teen allegedly ignored an officer’s order to pull over, struck another car, and drove off before being caught and eventually charged with a felony and three misdemeanors.
