Big updates just came out of Greenville South Carolina and they could shape the city’s future. City Council swore in a new at large member and welcomed three returning leaders. These changes help guide local government and how decisions are made for the community. Council also passed new downtown rules with a new Entertainment District Overlay. This plan limits new late night permits in busy areas near College Street, Richardson Street, Spring Street, and McBee Avenue. The goal is to balance nig
