The ABQ BioPark is proud to share that construction on the Mexican Wolf Conservation Facility, shared in April of this year, is now complete! Mexican gray wolves are one of North America's most endangered mammals and the BioPark has been a committed partner in the recovery program for decades. Because this 4.5 acre space is dedicated to rehabilitation, pre-release care, and breeding of wolves intended for release, it has been designed to minimize human contact and will not be open to the public.
