This is actually my first time grinding out the side of a chimney and installing the metal inside of it. One way to do metal chimney flashing 🤷🏼‍♂️ May not be an expert on this but I do know the way water gets into stuff so I just folded it up. Screwed it together. Siliconed it up amongst other preventative measures and this is what you get.
