Huge congratulations to a long-term lifter of mine, @alex.munn for breaking through the 2000-pound total barrier yesterday (totalling 2001, to be specific!) Since our first meet over 2.5 years ago, 2000 has always been the ultimate goal. In the years I've coached him, he's worked tirelessly, done all the little things to the best of his ability, worked through injury and long plateaus, and come out of retirement a couple of times to chase this goal. It was NEVER a simple process. It feels great
