Idk, would you?… This thing is called a Geoduck (“Gooey-duck”) and we used it to make some Inarizushi. It’s very fragrant, semi-sweet and, oddly enough, crunchy. Well, the textures vary from crunchy to soft, but the prized part is the section with texture. Anyways… I’ll leave this right here
