Heavy snow last night lead to whiteout conditions across parts of the NW Texas Panhandle. Winds were gusting over 40 MPH causing some power outages from the heavy snow sticking to the power lines. Roughly 3"-5" inches of snow fell across Dalhart TX with higher amounts in the area.
