May 22, 2017 · I am having the same problem everyone else is having.I have the K55 keyboard and GLAIVE mouse. The keyboard worked fine until I bought the mouse and installed the software. When I installed the CUE software it asked me to update the firmware and now the keyboard keeps disconnecting and reconnecting when I have the led's turned on on the keyboard.

Posted October 23, 2023. A few days ago several key on my Corsair K55 stopped working. Worked fine the evening before. Put the computer to sleep. Next day not working fine. The keys not working are the once in red in the picture below. Ive reinstalled iCUE and updated the firmware. Ive resintalled chipsetdrivers. Ive tried every USB-port.

Jul 10, 2020 · My K55 stopped lighting up after installing the Win 10 2004 update. Using iCUE allowed me to activate the lights. FN keyboard combinations do not work. If iCUE is running this is normal as iCUE profies takes precedence over hardware profiles. The FN keys to change colors are hardware lighting settings.

19.5k. Posted January 21, 2018. Try a EEPROM reset and see whether that helps, Unplug the keyboard, Press Page Up and Page Down while plugging the keyboard in. The three indicator lights should start flashing. Reflash the firmware in CUE if the step above worked.

2. Posted December 30, 2021. I just installed icue 4, the latest version as of 12/29/21 and it is causing my k55 rgb keyboard to disconnect and reconnect over and over with the windows device tones. I tried doing a complete clean uninstall following the corsair how to, then installed icue4 again and the same issue happens.
