01-29-2020 02:33 PM. Correct me if I'm wrong but JTV used to be mostly gems, not finished jewelry. Artisan jewelry is very good, good quality, good price when on special. I don't buy much, maybe 8-10 pieces in a year but I've had to send back pieces for poor quality.

04-28-2021 12:15 PM. I've only ordered a small handful of items from JTV but I've returned every one of them due to poor quality. I got the message and quit even watching that channel. In all fairness, I don't know of any merchant that has an extended warranty unless you pay extra for it. QVC's is 30 days.
