The new DroidCam client for Windows (version 6.3.3) has added support for Nvidia Broadcast, and it works great!

It works for me with DroidCam Windows client version 6.0.1, but not the current version (6.3.1), which isn't ideal because the current version enables higher than 480p resolutions.

I started having this issue as well today. Up until now, Droidcam has worked just fine with Nvidia Broadcast.
