Two teenage boys were killed in a mass shooting incident that took place early Saturday morning in Indianapolis, according to police. Officers responded to calls of a disturbance around 1:27 a.m. near Washington and Meridian Street when they heard shots fired, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

One person is behind bars after an officer-involved shooting and standoff in a Cudahy neighborhood. Cudahy police say officers responded to a criminal damage to property complaint around 10 p.m. Saturday near South Crosswinds Drive and East Henry Avenue, which is right by Cudahy Park.

Officers were flagged down concerning a shooting that happened under a bridge at Canton Street and South Good Latimer Expressway.
