Leyton Orient knock out Championship side Derby County via a penalty shootout to set up FA Cup fourth round tie against Manchester City with Preston beating Charlton 2-1 and Wigan winning 2-0 at Mansfield.

Both teams converted their first five penalties before substitute Zech Obiero became the hero for the hosts when he beat Jacob Widell Zetterstrom from the spot to settle the third round tie, after Callum Elder had seen his spot-kick saved by Orient’s Josh Keeley.
