The Philadelphia Phillies haven't been thought of as a trade favorite for Luis Robert Jr., but they certainly could use the White Sox star centerfielder. And one of the Phillies' pitchers, Tanner Banks, used to be Robert's teammate in Chicago.

Last season, when the Chicago White Sox were on track to break a record for being the worst team in MLB history, Luis Robert Jr trade rumors suggested a big shakeup was coming. Yet, despite plenty of interest, the White Sox decided to hang onto their All-Star centerfielder.

After returning from a brief, two-game absence, Robert was hit with a pitch Sunday, adding another malady to the list in the run-up to the trade deadline.
