Hartford Bakery is voluntarily recalling hundreds of loaves of one of its artisanal breads because the products may contain undeclared hazelnuts, the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) said.

HARTFORD, Conn. (WKRC) — A company recalled bread that was sold in 12 states, including Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. According to the United States Food & Drug Administration ( FDA ), Hartford Bakery, Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of six lots of its "Lewis Bake Shop Artisan Style 1/2 Loaf" due to the presence of undeclared hazelnuts.

Bread sold in a dozen states, including Ohio, has been recalled because the product may contain undeclared hazelnuts, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
