After filing a petition against UMG in Bexar county, Texas, the music conglomerate has filed a motion to dismiss the petition.

Drake filed a lawsuit against Universal Music Group, claiming the music giant defamed him by promoting Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us."
