The Stars have traded Matt Dumba to Pittsburgh in a swap of defensemen as Dallas gets Vladislav Kolyachonok while sending a 2028 second-round pick to the Penguins.

Dumba recorded one goal and nine assists in 63 regular-season games last year, but did not play in the playoffs.
