AFC Bournemouth have confirmed that Evanilson is set for a spell on the sidelines after undergoing surgery for a broken metatarsal.

The Cherries defeated Everton 1-0 on Saturday, however Evanilson was substituted after suffering from discomfort with eight minutes left to play. He will now be supported through the rehabilitation process by club staff.
