A local convenience store in Cameron, Cameron Food Mart, is seeing an increase in lottery ticket purchases after selling a $1 million winning ticket.

Over the past week (1/3/2025-1/9/2025), ten stores sold Texas Lottery scratch-off tickets that paid out big-time jackpots.

The resident claimed a top prize-winning ticket worth $1 million in the scratch ticket game called 500X, the Texas Lottery Commission said.
