John Krasinski has been named PEOPLE's 2024 Sexiest Man Alive -- and while fans of The Office alum and his wife Emily Blunt were excited over the news, there were many people who took to social media to express their disappointment that a popular predicted pick wasn't chosen.

Patrick Dempsey snagged this year’s Sexiest Man Alive title in this week’s issue of PEOPLE. Speaking to the outlet, the actor weighed in on getting the honor and revealed how he used the coveted title to his advantage.

We are on the verge of a new Sexiest Man Alive being named by People Magazine. Such a title certainly gives the chosen star something to be quite boastful about, but the current Sexiest Man Alive, Patrick Dempsey admits that the title comes with added pressure, though there are benefits too.
