At the hospital, Carly and Sonny were stunned when Willow announced she would be making all of Michael's medical care decisions.

Drew reminds Carly she's the one who brought Sonny into Michael's life, which is why he's now in the hospital. Carly doesn't want to hear it, but Drew says he's just speaking the truth. He says nothing she's done is about what's best for MIchael.

At the Quartermaine Mansion, Chase (Josh Swickard) opened up to Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) about struggling to have a baby, while Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) had a heart-to-heart with Lois (Rena Sofer) where she wondered if her current struggle was karma for getting pregnant and giving up her baby in the past.

At Sonny's penthouse, Michael seemed to be choking back tears as he told his father that his marriage was over. Michael explained that Willow took Wiley to DC without even telling him.
