Sunday morning, firefighters from several local departments rushed to the scene of a massive apartment fire in Granbury only to find a two-year-old trapped inside, his mother pleading with first responders to pull him from the blaze.

The child was trapped in a second-floor bedroom as a fire engulfed a Granbury apartment, the fire department said in a Facebook post.
