I wouldn't get anything done if I didn't make lists. These two apps - for MacOS and Windows - are my most recommended.
Once installed, you can trigger the search bar anytime by pressing Alt + Spacebar. Type your query in the “Ask Anything” ...
If you want to take it one step further, you can add Advanced Elements like Table of Contents, 3 Columns, and Equation.
