The Rochester International Jazz Festival announced four new headliners on Tuesday morning. Motown legend Smokey Robinson, singer-songwriter Rickie Lee Jones, Grammy-winning multi-genre bassist Thundercat and roots band The Wood Brothers and will take the stage at RIJF.
