Travelers bolting from the Twin Cities next summer will now have the ability to fly nonstop to Rome from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The new route is part of a big announcement from Delta Air Lines on Friday,

Delta Air Lines announced it will begin direct flights from Minneapolis to Rome, Italy, in May 2025. The company said it is also adding several other new routes from U.S. hubs that include Catania, Sicily, Naples, Rome, Milan, Barcelona, Dublin and Brussels. There will also be increased service for other established European routes.
