The Detroit Lions' preseason training camp continued in Allen Park Saturday with an 8:30 a.m. practice appropriately dubbed 'Back Together Weekend' as Lions linebacker Alex Anzalone returned to practice.

Alex Anzalone, who wants a new contract from Detroit Lions, took part in walk-through and individual drills Saturday for first time in training camp.

Anzalone, one of the first free agents signed by Campbell and Holmes during the 2021 offseason, has been one of the team’s most reliable players during its meteoric rise. He hit his first extended stretch of injury woes this past season, when he broke his arm during a Week 11 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
