PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — There’s officially a new era on the Hilltop as federal judge and Bradley University graduate James Shadid was welcomed as the school’s 13th president on Tuesday.

Also known as the 'Paschal Moon,' April's full 'Pink Moon' will rise alongside Spica, one of the brightest stars in the night sky, on April 12.
