A third prize-winning Powerball ticket was sold in New York City for the Saturday, March 28, drawing, according to lottery officials. The prize-winning ticket, worth $50,000, was sold at A & C Superette located at 884 Manor Rd. in the Castleton Corners section of Staten Island.
