Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow played all 17 games this season after missing seven games in 2023 with a torn wrist ligament. He went on to lead the league in passing yards and touchdowns this season and nearly brought the Bengals to the playoffs after a 4-8 start.

Last month, star quarterback Joe Burrow had his house burglarized during the Cincinnati Bengals' Week 14 victory over the Dallas Cowboys. Now, arrests have been made in connection to the case. According to CBS News,

An old LSU shirt and a Bengals hat believed to have been stolen from Joe Burrow's home were found after police pulled four men over.

Between that and leading the league in passing yards, Burrow made his case for the NFL MVP award. Thursday, he was officially announced as one of five finalists for the award. Joining him among the group are Bills quarterback Josh Allen, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, Lions quarterback Jared Goff and Eagles running back Saquon Barkley.

Cincinnati continues to face obstacles in its attempt to return to the AFC elite, and now they will lose another key offensive target.
