Michael Madsen, a frequent Quentin Tarantino collaborator on films like "Reservoir Dogs" and a veteran actor in "Free Willy" and more, has died at 67.

Michael Madsen, who was found unresponsive in his Malibu home on July 3, died from heart failure, with heart disease and alcoholism as contributing factors, his rep said.

Michael Madsen began his acting career in the 1980s, but would rise to prominence as a main character in Quentin Tarantino's movies like Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill: Vol 1 and 2, The Hateful Eight and more.
