Columbus runs its point streak to seven in just the sixth game in franchise history to reach a shootout without a goal

Vincent Trocheck scored the only goal of the shootout, Igor Shesterkin stopped 27 shots and New York Rangers beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 1-0.

Daniil Tarasov and Igor Shesterkin put on a master goaltending class on Saturday night. Both goalies made some highlight saves and frustrated the opposing team's shooters all night. Tarasov made a pair of breakaway saves on Mika Zibanejad in OT and stopped him in the shootout as well.
