U2 frontman Bono is teaming with Apple Original Films for the forthcoming documentary Bono: Stories of Surrender, which will premiere May 30 on Apple TV+. Directed by Andrew Dominik, the project is based on Bono’s memoir Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story and the one-man theater tour he staged in support of it.

U2 frontman Bono is getting his own Apple TV+ documentary, as Bono: Stories of Surrender will land on the streaming service on May 30. The film is a spinoff of Bono's 2022 memoir Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story and its subsequent tour, which was part book reading and part music performance.
