FOX 13 meteorologists are tracking Tropical Depression 18, which formed Monday morning. It is expected to strengthen into a tropical storm and eventually a hurricane. It is heading north at 9 miles an hour and is expected to become a hurricane as it enters the Gulf of Mexico.
