The first van loads of beagles left Wisconsin's Ridglan Farms on Friday.

Ridglan Farms agreed to sell around 1,500 beagles to animal rescue groups.

Now, thanks to the efforts of Beagle Freedom Project and its partners, hundreds are being moved into safety, where they’ll receive medical care, patience, and real affection.
