Built in 2007, Somerset Park Apartments features 108 units in a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom loft-style townhomes.

Troy-based Nykel Management Co. sold the 2,226-unit Somerset Park Apartments complex to The Solomon Organization LLC in a deal George Nyman, owner of Nykel, said was for more than $200 million.
