Cornerstones of Stuttgart's unlikely run from relegation candidates to runners-up last season, striker Serhou Guirassy and defender Waldemar Anton return to their old stomping ground with new side Borussia Dortmund on Sunday.

Both Waldemar Anton and Serhou Guirassy left Stuttgart to join Borussia Dortmund in the summer. Anton has settled well into the Dortmund defence whilst Guirassy recently made his debut after returning from injury and then scored in Dortmund’s first Champions League match against Club Brugge.

Stuttgart are set to host Borussia Dortmund at the MHPArena this Sunday in what promises to be an intriguing Bundesliga clash. After a mixed start to their season, Stuttgart will be keen to secure their second league win, while Dortmund aim to maintain their strong early form under new manager Nuri Sahin.
