Warner Bros. will manage most of Paramount's movie library on DVD, in a first-of-its-kind deal between major studios that reflects the ongoing decline in disc sales.

Paramount Home Entertainment has renewed its replication and DVD services agreements with Technicolor, ending speculation it could enter into a physical distribution partnership with another studio.
