Stittsworth Meats’ mobile slaughter unit will be the first of its kind in Minnesota, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The owners recently purchased the former Sterling Welding Co. building to start Dots Gray Kitchen, a commissary kitchen that can be rented by local startups, caterers and food truck operators.
