Longhorn Steakhouse is scheduled to open May 17, more than a year after it originally planned to start serving customers, at its Guam Premier Outlets restaurant.

The restaurant was among 550 Longhorn locations in competition for the award. Hart credited the work of Dona de Dios, managing partner of the Guam Longhorn, with earning the honor.
