Fresno Police say this is the 18 year old suspect arrested in connection with the murder of Jose Luis Rivera, the street vendor shot Nov. 20th. Police will be updating with details in a few moments.

Former Light Heavyweight Champ Jose Luis Rivera tried to set a Guinness World Record Thursday for for digging a grave by hand.

The street vendor shot and killed in central Fresno on Friday has been identified as 53-year-old Jose Luis Rivera.
