TOKYO -- One man died after a fatal knife attack near Japan's JR Nagano Station at around 8 pm local time on Wednesday, local media reported. Three people, including two men and one woman, were attacked by a suspect wielding a knife-like weapon near the Zenkoji Exit bus rotary of JR Nagano Station, the national broadcaster NHK reported.

Police are hunting for the suspect, who is believed to be in possession of a bladed weapon and wore a white cloth over his head.
