Kei trucks are tiny trucks shipped from Japan. In the last 10 years, these trucks and vans have become more popular on American farms and cities as utility vehicles.

Truck maker Isuzu will launch a battery-electric version of its Class 6 and Class 7 F-series medium-duty trucks in 2027, rather than 2026 as initially expected.

TOKYO – Isuzu Motors Ltd. will start making trucks with green steel, or steel produced with fewer carbon dioxide emissions, in this fiscal year.
