Pacific Lifestyle Homes, a McCormick Trails builder, this month announced it was constructing 22 homes in the project’s next phase, with the home sites now for sale.

Several houses, including the one in the above photo, were burglarized in late August, in Gig Harbor. The bandits stole things such as GPS devices, golf clubs, and credit cards.
