An 18-year-old has now been charged with murder, days after a 13-year-old who was shot in Covington died.

The King County sheriff’s office is looking for a 41-year-old man in connection with a recent homicide in Covington. Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call Friday morning in the 25000 block of 18th Place Southeast in Covington and found one person dead.

A manhunt has been launched for an armed and dangerous person of interest in a deadly shooting in Covington on Monday evening.

A man accused of killing a family member in Covington is now behind bars. The King County Sheriff’s Office has been searching for Kyle Cathcart since Friday after someone was found dead inside a home on 186 th Place SE.
