The Belleville City Council Monday night approved a much-debated “crime-free housing” ordinance, aimed at reducing criminal activity in rental properties.

The city of Belleville, IL will allow the Southwestern Illinois Jets Basketball Club and volleyball clubs to rent the former Lindenwood University gymnasiums.
