A real estate exec — who plunked down $3.3M for a sweetheart set up in Soho — is battling Strokes bassist Nikolai Fraiture over the coveted yard behind their King Street homes.

Dodd and de Pontbriand moved into their ground-floor apartment at 42 King Street in 2017, for which they paid more than $3 million, which came with its garden.

A Cushman & Wakefield executive sued the Strokes’ Nikolai Fraiture over rights to a garden behind the bassist’s Hudson Square co-op.
