"Due to the reduction in the level of threat from missile strikes by Russian aviation on Ukrainian territory, the operations of Polish and allied aviation in Polish airspace have been concluded," the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces said on X.

At least one was killed in Lviv and dozens injured in Ukraine’s far west as Russia launched waves of missile and drones, Ukraine said.

Russia's defence ministry said on Wednesday its forces had hit port infrastructure used to supply fuel to Ukrainian forces, Interfax news agency said. The statement didn't name the port. Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelenskiy said earlier that Russia had struck a gas distribution station in the southern region of Odesa.
