The fox has bounced around the city since being spotted near the Sellwood Bridge in early October — first at a wildlife center with the Bird Alliance of Oregon, then the zoo. Its next stop is the Ochsner Park Zoo in Baraboo, Wisconsin, where it’ll join a male fox named Apollo. It’s last day at the zoo is Thursday.

An arctic fox that was found lost and dirty in Portland last month will soon have a new home — and a new companion.

The domesticated arctic fox found wandering the streets of Portland on Oct. 12 will leave Oregon for her new home at the Ochsner Park Zoo in Baraboo, Wis. on Nov. 14, where she will join a male fox named Apollo.
