Japan's Ibiden could need to increase the pace of production capacity to keep up with demand, Bloomberg News reported, citing the electronics company's CEO Koji Kawashima. Ogaki, Gifu prefecture-based Ibiden is a major supplier of chip package substrates used in Nvidia's (NASDAQ:NVDA) cutting-edge chips.
