The Michigan House of Representatives has passed a bill to block the state's minimum wage for tipped workers from into effect, while also attempting to limit paid sick time for those same workers.

The Michigan House on Thursday passed legislation to stop tipped employees from becoming minimum wage workers, and to thwart impending changes to the state’s sick leave laws. The vote in the Republican-majority House was largely split along party lines,
